What is Easy Indian?

Easy Indian is a state of mind. If yoga comes from India and makes you feel great, shouldn't Indian cuisine? Unfortunately, a lot of mainstream Indian food is "special occasion" food-rich and greasy. And the non-organic stuff is tainted with pesticides and other yucky stuff-not very yogic.

As a crazy busy (or maybe just crazy) mom of two, I decided to bring it back to the basics. A simple way to enjoy delicious Indian food the way it has been enjoyed for millennia-with your health in mind. I hope you enjoy your next meal, the Easy Indian way.
